Another 'benefit' that was entirely predictable that government chose to ignore. Shortages of some medicines IS the new norm. There MUST be a and the criminals that forced this country out of the held accountable. and cohorts should have faced serious criminal charges rather than rewarded for their wrongdoing. By rights they should all be in jail.

Another day, another story to economic disruption from Brexit... this time its the importation of wine.

Possible remarks:

'I didn't see making wine more expensive, on a big red bus'...

Once again Project Fear = prescient prediction

'We can all now enjoy more British wine'!

At last the wine-drinking Brexiters are feeling our pain...

Who cares, I drink beer....

Who cares, we've taken back control.

The is being hit by medicine shortages. Why? A Govt scheme introduced in 2019 to reduce medicine spend. Overwhelmingly however the disaster is blamed, the value of the £ plunged after Brexit, also extra Brexit regulatory paperwork has had a deleterious effect. https://rb.gy/foy1eg

Neither BBC News nor any other British broadcast media gave any coverage of the HUGE Rejoin EU demonstration in London yesterday. This is a combination of state editorial control (BBC bosses are Tory party donors), media mogul control (more Tory party donors) and news being an advertising business, not a public service.

Ironically we have to leave it to France state news channel to report on it.

With skills come opportunities.

President Ursula von der Leyen announced the European Year of Skills during last State of the Union speech. Throughout 2023, we have been working hard to boost our targets: 60% of adults in training and 78% in employment by 2030!

How? 🤝
Through different initiatives, like the Pact for Skills – 1,500+ members and 14 big partnerships in key sectors are pledging to upskill up to 6 million people.

President von der Leyen announcing the European Year of Skills at SOTEU 2022 followed by images of people doing different jobs. At the centre of the video is the European Year of Skills logo, which includes the title and a star. In the top-right corner is the text Delivered 2023.

Tories say their fascistic, illegal and immoral ‘Stop The Boats' bullshit is following the 'will of the people'.
The idea that Tories are interested in the 'will of the people' is laughable. They're interested only in self-enrichment or increasing the riches of their wealthy enablers.
How about a and , both of which are the actual 'will of the people' after 13 yrs of Tory lies, corruption, and a total and utter ?
