Dip pens: I still use mine, though a lot less for #comics as I use Clip Studio after (always; pencils will never be digital from me) physical pencils so often now. 102 my main go-to.
Ones on the left: a set I just got because I like the holders better than the small Hunt holders on the right, and they fit Hunt tips.
These nibs notoriously break when I use them except one. That Hawk quill 2nd from right may predate some of you, I think that's the same nib since 2000. Those are DAMN hard to ruin.
Kaiju No. 8 is an outstanding series in Shonen Jump's library, which explores a genuinely Kafkaesque world. Adam Arter examines the series, which encourages, no, dares readers to dream big, regardless of what life may throw out at you.
Great 1st practical session today at the Uni degli Studi di Cagliari, having a go at drawing movement, organizing space on the page & thinking about framing & focus. Hurray for the students!
TCAF (Toronto Comic Arts Festival)'s Digital Marketplace opened today, and runs till May 7, 2023!
It's one of my favourite events :artaww: and the Digital Marketplace features 700+ comics, zines, prints, and more from publishers/creators all over the world - all coordinated through 1 online shop, which is amazing!
TCAF takes place this weekend, April 29-30, 2023! :artaww: Please check it out at the Toronto Reference Library if you have the chance! Full details: https://www.torontocomics.com/
C'est un projet qui me tient à cœur depuis 2016 et que je dessine dans mon temps libre. Il y a actuellement 102 pages et l'histoire atteint son dénouement !
