Pay attention to the patterns in your life. Which ones serve you? Which ones are unhealthy? The good news is that YOU are the one who creates those patterns, so you are the one who can change them if you wish.
When you find yourself in a situation that isn’t fully aligned with your preferred or desired outcomes, remember:
• Look for the light
• Conserve your resources
• Celebrate your beauty
• Be ruthless when it comes to protecting your energy
• Seek support where you need it
• If you need to find safe harbor for a season, do so
