🚀 🌔 Possibly the first American moon landing in 50 years, scheduled for later today. A commercial vehicle is carrying NASA science payloads but no crew. Pretty cool.

(including the actual landing, this phase takes another 4 minutes).

You can follow the craft on the dashboard and listen to the explanation in English.

After an early interview with the BBC on the , followed by a research meeting, I’m heading into ISAS. I’m carrying an extra bag containing an airbed and blanket, as we won’t be done tonight until after the last train.

I’ve also put out a meaty treat for the stray cats I feed on the balcony, although it undoubtedly won’t stop Casper looking like he’s about to leave the worse yelp review in history around 7pm.
