One of the stretch goals in 2024 is now accomplished! I got my latest PR in today's #Parkrun 5K: 21:38 at pace 6'57"/mile, thus reaching my goal of getting sub-7' pace!

Going in I was pessimistic because of the jet lag. Turns out running uphills with 1300ft elevation gains in #Sintra #Portugal paid off!

Next up: finish 5K in under 21 minutes!

Yesterday Annie and I took the train from #Lisbon to #Sintra , home of so many spectacular castles. We just visited one, though, Quinta da Regaleira.
