How TF in 2024 is it harder to cancel satellite radio service than it is to break up with a girlfriend of many years?
The transcript is just over two pages long. I had to ask 4 times for cancellation each time being offered continually lower rates until I started to get pissed and use all caps.

I barely use the service, and I find the compression is so bad that the sound isn’t that great, but they would continually offer me deals that were hard to ignore, and I could easily afford. Why did I not take them up on it? Because once you tried cancelling 2X, you won’t put yourself in a situation where you have to do it 3X.

#SiriusXM hyped their white/pink/brown noise channels for sleep, but their algorithm shuts off the audio every 90 minutes until you a) respond to a popup and b) restart the channel. Oh, that's so sleep-inducing. Everyone who uses these channels is waking up every 90 minutes to perform computer gymnastics b/c SiriusXM wants to restrict the number of open ports. It will do this even if the channel is not streaming, so it seems like it's either ports or mild sadism. Perhaps they need exceptions.
#SiriusXM needs to lose the "Inactivity Timeout" garbage. They hype white noise for sleeping. They can't expect their users to be alert to stupid, idiotic popups when they're asleep, thanks in part to an infinite loop of blah. It wouldn't be problematic if it didn't first stop the audio and then, after clicking on the "Yes I'm listening, you insufferable toadies" button, it remains paused so you need to choose "Go live" or just "Play." A sleepy person who woke b/c it was off gets to take a test.
#SiriusXM may be closing the popular #Stitcher app, but the app should be congratulated for using open standards that make it easy to move your #OPML subscriptions to another #podcast app.
It's pleasant listening to Zerlina Maxwell in the mornings, aka Mornings With #Zerlina on #SiriusXM channel 127. Something to look forward to if you're up early or way too late. I liked her #MSNBC show, but this one is better. Guests, sometimes the same ones she hosted on her show there, sound looser and chattier on her SiriusXM show. Even the attorneys, lol.
