@khalidabuhakmeh @elan @KirillOsenkov @bradwilson I mean, there’s always been pre and post build events in msbuild…and there’s nothing preventing you from using make to kick off a build. I usually use rake for task management in projects and have since like version 1.1

@elan @khalidabuhakmeh @KirillOsenkov @bradwilson I’m not sure tbh, I don’t have a ton of dev time with Blazor. I think my main point is that these capabilities do and have existed for the entire life of dotnet.

Sometimes you have to be creative, which is why I would rather use something like rake (outside of the strict ecosystem) to work around perceived limitations. Not every cool feature in other environments makes the cut.

I don’t pay much attention to follower counts, but I realized I'm not far off from 10,000 which is bizarre for an average middle aged woman with no notable credentials or claim to fame, so I think it would be funny if I could hit 10,000; especially after that guy let me know he unfollowed me because he didn't like my dumb boner joke just so we can all be like TAKE THAT!

2023 has been the year of price increases for online subscriptions. The prices consumers got used to over the past decade turned out to be unsustainable. Even Apple who doesn’t need the money is jacking up prices.

It scares me that so many Americans, including friends of mine, are normalizing the idea that "good people" should be able to SHOOT and potentially execute "criminals" for things like shoplifting or breaking into cars or doing drugs on the street.
