Een beetje niche misschien, maar hier zijn vast ook mensen geïnteresseerd in boeken over psychologie. Met het boek 'Mens worden' veranderde Rogers de wereld van therapie en counseling. Mensen met psychische problemen zijn geen patiënten die beter gemaakt moeten worden, maar cliënten die geholpen moeten worden hun weg naar persoonlijke groei te vinden.

Eigenlijk verplichte kost voor iedereen die mensen begeleidt en ook goed leesbaar als je dat niet doet.

On media, and democracy.
This event shows why democracies must prevent a handful of billionaires from controlling our media.

@MAD_democracy asked the FCC to hold a hearing about Fox Corp’s knowing lies—lies that led to Jan 6. These politicians objected. But Fox covers these politicians! And thus Murdoch has huge power over them. We’ve seen the same in Australia and the UK.

This dynamic is all the more reason for the FCC to act.

The danger of all the news to the public under control of 1 man or corporation or indeed, government, was recognised long time ago.
Both from a perspective of safeguarding democracy as from safeguarding fair competition.
Belgium has legislation on this, the Netherlands have the Mediawet, I assume like many other countries.
Unfortunately, these laws seem to be insufficient in light of the continuous concentration on the media market.
