Folks in the wildfire smoke, I’m so sorry.

My only notes as a West Coast asthmatic are: Test all your masks bc some will filter smoke better than others. Wash your clothes after being outdoors. Take extra showers if you can, especially before bed—and use something with a surfactant in your hair, bc co-wash doesn’t do a great job with smoke particles. Put your air filters in the bedroom at night. Offer extra masks to people who work outdoors.

@kissane And if you drive, make sure the windows are closed and the air conditioner is set to recirculate (not bring air in from inside). You'll also probably have to change your filters as soon as this clears.

Some quick investigation on the NHL's website says this won't even crack the top 86 of all time (I think the list stops at 200 PIM).

Surprisingly, Fight Night at the Joe is not on the list, but the 1998 Avs/Wings brawl is.

If I had a FAQ page, the first question would be about how I'm able to take so many great cat pictures. The answer: lots and lots of outtakes.

The same cat, in the same basic pose, immediately after the yawn. His eyes are slightly open and his nose is still wrinkled, but instead of yawning, his lips are just a tiny bit apart. He looks like he's deliberately making a weird face, but really it's just that cats have transitional expressions too.
