I avoided it for four years, but covid finally caught me.
Seeking advice from other active/athletic folks... how long did you wait post-covid to resume exercise?
Running is the main thing I'm worried about because of heart rate, but also climbing and weightlifting. I'll wait as long as I need to... my goal is to avoid long term health problems.

I kinda wanna get into #barefootShoes but I also fear my city has too much broken glass on the streets for me to handle, if only there were anatomic shoes with thicker outsoles
I found an interesting album today! "Woodland Rites" by Green Lung. Pretty cool sound and somewhere between stoner rock and stoner metal with doomy influences? I'm not sure where to put it.
Anyway, great for the evening and to calm down.
Recommended songs: "Initiation", "The Ritual Tree", "May Queen" and "Into the Wild". I really liked and will certainly listen to the album more often :)
The neighborhood stray cat chose the garden bed right next to my entrance to be a litter box. I’m installing some “scat guards” next week to see if it helps. I have nothing against stray cats, but they need to take their business elsewhere 😅.
@yaitorr I've been having the same problem! I added some rocks and some sticks pointing up out of the dirt to try and make it less desirable... which seems to be helping a little, though not 100%
We started our day yesterday at the Spruce Railroad Trail in Olympic National Park, through some rainforest environments to the "Devil's Punchbowl" which held the clearest blue water I've ever seen.
