@marcia I’m not sure but @chad might be able to speak to that - he’s the instance admin. As with other instances this setup actively moderates against racism, sexism, homophobia and transphobia. Users have the confidence that they are joining a safe space, free from white supremacy, anti-semitism. By joining, you may help welcome other Canadian Indigenous-rights-focused orgs that may be interested in venturing onto the fediverse. :-)
