@macrumors I had to return mine for various reasons partly due to my own vision problems and partly to the "too-beta" nature of visionOS in general, but I think I know exactly what's causing this: solo band tension.

To avoid it telling me to reposition it every 5 minutes, I had to really crank that knob to smash the thing to my face (to headache-causing levels) using the solo band.

I guess it's down to head/face shape, but the solo band was unusable for me without significant tension.
