Hi folks! This is tough to post. I was laid off just shy of 18 wks ago. The lack of movement on that front is bad. 0 response to scores of CVs sent & only 3 sets of interviews, those being direct referrals. Looking for things in anti-fraud space, as well as what I have always done well- deep customer support, things I've done for 25ish years. The mail settings got screwed up somehow on my mom's iPad and she went into the Apple store to get them to help her reset it. They told her, "Your iPad is too old, mail is no longer supported on it."

Goodbye my old friend! My 4th and last Rickenbacker, goes to a new home. I love these 12 strings like crazy, but unless you are playing them in a band with other people, they just go to waste. I don't play it hardly enough, and it certainly doesn't lend itself to just plunking away on your lonesome. Time to either be regularly played, or maybe someone else wants a trophy.

If you ever find yourself in Portland Oregon, I highly recommend a drive up the Columbia River Gorge. To add to that, there is this tour guide, his name is Oscar, and his favorite thing is to take people to Multnomah Falls. Really a standup guy, Oscar.

Been rewatching Breaking Bad for the 4th time, and S5E1 made me a little sad when Walter was celebrating his 52nd birthday at a Dennys.
