The Senate should open an immediate investigation into the Alexander Smirnov scandal — with public hearings.

Bring Smirnov in to testify.

And then bring Jim Jordan, James Comer, and Elise Stefanik in right behind him.

President Biden did make one mistake with regard to Special Prosecutor Hur, he assumed he was a decent man doing his job without fear or favor, not another Republican hack intent on producing a political hit job.

The report on Hur's investigation should have matched the length of the report on Vice President Pence's handling of classified documents, one page. Every page beyond that was gratuitous and improper.

Hur should be summarily fired for breach of DOJ policy.

One, the judges in the case very clearly were not buying it, and it doesn't seem likely that the US Supreme Court would either.

Two, let's be clear that if this argument did pass judicial review and Trump did become president, he would absolutely 100% start murdering people. He wouldn't even blink.
