@philbaker1 That must really chew up the battery. I recently upgraded my old Thinkpad with an SSD drive and new battery. I get hours of use now running Linux. I noticed the fan barely runs at all anymore.
@philbaker1 This is how it begins! Then one night, you're up late and stumble into Ebay and bid on a ZX81 and before you know it, you've accumulated a number of Ataris and you can't believe how much fun you're managing to squeeze out of their primitive capabilities.
Looking forward to incrementally improved font presentation in #GNOME on #Fedora. I have a personal guideline against buying a laptop or desktop monitor that requires fractional scaling to look correct. Fonts on GNOME already look good with integer scaling, in my experience. #Linux
Lincoln, NE was 81 F at 3 PM. Relative humidity 9%. Winds gusting to 38 mph. This is west Texas weather in eastern Nebraska. 80+ degree weather was unheard of in my childhood, growing up in Omaha and Lincoln.
