The #onomatopia 'nyan' (meow) is associated with the number '2' [ni:], so the date 22/2 is triply catty😼.

I found some 'akebi' (Akebia quinata) and 'mube' (Stauntonia hexaphylla) fruits alongside a road.

Both are East Asian wild fruit vine, but akebi is deciduous🍁 while mube is evergreen🌿.

The people coming for #henro pilgrimage mustn't miss the season😋.

It's the flowering season of spider lilies.🕷

The poisonous flowers used to be planted on graveyard⚰️ to prevent moles and have somewhat eerie image🦇,

but large butterflies and hummingbird hawk-moths (and me, of course) really enjoy them.

My friend, whom we would spend Christmas holidays with, passed away from complications of #LongCovid. #Covid stole the holidays and Christmas 2019 was the last time we had our several holiday outings.

He developed a blood clotting issue and his body and organs collected untold numbers of little blood clots until he finally succumbed to it. We lost him a couple months ago when they took over his brain and now his body finally caught up
