Disabled (ME/CFS) nonbinary neurodivergent person raising funds to cover bills/pet needs/additional expenses not covered by medical insurance or EBT. I'm working through the disability process, and hoping to get approved for state benefits while I wait for SSI. Until then I could use assistance covering these needs.

I’m still working with this client, going on about 20+ hours now, with this damn network/software issue. It has been one heck of a stressful week. Later today I have my first physical therapy appt so we’ll see how that goes. Then it’ll just be relaxing.

Pixelfed Live is so fun to use, and I'm working on making it even easier to use end-to-end.
It's one thing to support Live Streaming, but it's a whole other thing to have that baked into an ephemeral feature that is accessible and more popular with the general public than a dedicated video platform or live streaming platform.
I look forward to bringing proper live streaming to the fediverse, via @pixelfed, @loops and @supapp 🚀
This is a serious question, but how do you have the time to do all this work? Are these projects bringing in some revenue to offset the need to take on other work? Are you independently wealthy? Just a sheer amount energy every day?

@jeremiah these are just side projects, I have a full time job. I’d like to get funding so I could focus on Pixelfed and other projects full time, just imagine the progress!

Our names come in all shapes! Both #fediverse projects #Streams and #Kitsune now support Unicode usernames! This is something I have been talking about since I first joined the fedi in 2017 so I am very excited about this. I can't wait till I get a mention from someone with a username like @王李 or @դմիտրիԹբիլիսի@ժայռեր
I'd like to use a workflow where each #Mastodon message that gets bookmarked by me is automatically screenshotted to PNG, archived in a local directory and its text content + image descriptions get added to a text file (preferably #orgdown) together with a link to the screenshot and the original message URL.
@publicvoit i felt a little like hacking so i started on the toot > org item bit, but you'd have to tell me how you want the items organized. so far i did headline: CW or timestamp, content (rendered), then URL, then plan to do alt-text(s). no draws or anything so far.
