Es gibt IMHO auch keinen legitimen Grund RAM & SSDs aufzulötencoder warum Akkus nicht werkzeugfrei tauschbar sein sollten - selbst ToughBooks kriegen das hin!

If I ditched that the car is big enough to have front and rear trunks and still have room for more than enough batteries to reach most places in Oregon. That's all I need really.

Wenn das RAM nicht hp-branded ist brickt es #PXE-Boot und automatische Starts und wirft bei JEDEM (!!!) [Re-]Boot ne Bullshit-Fehlermeldung die stets manuell per F1 auf der Gerätetastatur ümnestätigt werden muss.

Oh noes! Something is wrong with my 23 year old #KitchenAid#StandMixer. The last couple of times I’ve used it, I’ve noticed a few drops of oil have leaked from the motor, and I’m pretty sure we’re heading towards a situation where the #MagicSmoke that makes it run could get out.
Does anyone have experience in getting them serviced or repaired, or am I - gulp - going to have to save for a new one? I use it maybe once a month at the moment, but I’d really miss it.

Tipp Nr.30: Achte vor dem Kauf neuer Geräte/Technik unbedingt auf Fallstricke. Diese können sein: App-Zwang, Cloud-Anbindung etc. Nicht jeder »Scheiß« muss mit dem Internet verbunden sein. Wenn die Hersteller dann pleite gehen, sind die Geräte meist nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Vorausschauendes Einkaufen kann das verhindern.
