Customary on weekends, I take a little time to write a short story, about our adventures.
As a background, in case you are new, here's who we are: 2 seniors, my wife is disabled (I'm crippling up too), defying difficult trails to show that it can be done.

During one of our exploring trips around the coast, we never finished the continuous trails on the south side of Antigonish. That's why we went back. You can't brag about places you've never been.

You're probably still counting sheep? I can't lay in bed any longer, if I am not sleeping, I must get up? But I am pretty stiff in the morning & it takes a min. to move.
To increase my mobility, I run through some movements to stretch my back & hips, and it makes me gasp in pain. The cat comes running over to see if I am OK? Make me LOL!
What is not to love about the clear turquoise water surrounding the island of Aruba! It's hard to tell that this beach was quite crowded in April. To my right it was full of people lounging in chairs under umbrellas while others were swimming and snorkeling.
We had a #cycletrip to #BudleighSalterton today, which is a nice round trip of 48 km. It was a pleasant day, not too hot and with a refreshing breeze. Those of you in the know will be glad that I wore shorts and so my pump could not get stuck in my trouser leg.
The #beach is made of pebbles of various sizes ranging from the size 15-20 cm down to less than a centimetre. The colours vary from #purple and #pink to #grey and #blue.
