Web components newb here. When exactly do connectedCallbacks run? Are they guaranteed to be able to see/manipulate the custom element’s descendants?
(Spec says a connectedCallback runs when the element “becomes connected”, which happens when the “insertion steps are invoked […] and it is now connected”. I think the answer is in the “insert” algorithm but ???).
