Summer evening in northern Oslo. The area is called Torshov. Some say the area used to be a place of worship for the god Thor. Torshov has seen its fair share of gentrification this century, and is bustling with bars and restaurants.
An old house in Jakobsnes, a village in northern Norway. This small settlement is located near the small town of Kirkenes, and the russian border is only two kilometres away.
This area was hit very hard by World War II, and was bombed around a thousand times.
From a small village in western Norway. It is famous for its old powerstation, built in 1920 or so, with wooden stairs to the top of the mountain. The stairs have 4444 steps.
