@br00t4c I sleep with a green light beside my bed and sometimes choose a blue light when I sleep elsewhere. I don't buy this blue light stuff. But I may be peculiar on account of my light hypersensitivity.

This study re: the benefits of healthy eating & exercise isn't claiming #dementia can be reversed, but the data goes under the category of, it can't hurt. For those concerned about #cognitive health (who isn't?), get sleep, if hearing is an issue, get hearing aids, try not to socially isolate (can be hard for us introverts), & get treated for depression. These won't #EndAlz, but may slow it down. Take care of your🧠
