A osoby w Fedi nie chcą być szpiegowane przez BigTech i korpo sociale od GAFAM.

"Ich zeige in einem kurzen Vortrag, wie man Castopod einrichtet und damit einen Podcast erstellt und Episoden veröffentlicht.
Castopod ist ein ziemlich neues Content Management System, das sich explizit auf Podcasts konzentriert. Im Vergleich zu Wordpress erfordert es zwar etwas mehr Handarbeit, aber man hat eben auch nicht die Masse an für Podcasts gar nicht notwendigen Features.
Ich zeige anhand von Slides die Installation und die Arbeitsschritte zur Veröffentlichung einer Episode und zeige auf, wo Wordpress die Featurenase vorn hat und für welche Projekte Castopod meiner Meinung nach geeigneter ist.

Wiem, że na rynku BRAKUJE podcastów o grach, dlatego spieszę z wieścią, że powoli reaktywuję swój twór, Low Stamina Podcast. Do tej pory (całe dwa odcinki) nagrywany był z moim serdecznym kolegą, natomiast sezon drugi (który ruszyć powinien już w sierpniu) będzie to moja "popisówka" solo (solo, solo).
I teraz clue. Self-hosting jest wspaniały. Jeszcze wspanialszy jest fakt, że Castopod działa w ramach fediverse, stąd nie musicie ruszać się z Mastodona (lub innego miejsca, skąd mnie obserwujecie), żeby być na bieżąco ze wszystkimi aktualizacjami dotyczącymi podcastu!
Aktualnie katalogi podcastowe na nowo mapują mój twór, ale na sezon drugi wszystko będzie już jak najbardziej gotowe.
Co do formuły - z racji, że będę sam, na pewno nie będą to już tak długie (okolice godziny) odcinki. Raczej chciałbym osiągnąć większą częstotliwość i stworzyć bardziej przystępną do szybszej konsumpcji wersję.

We have to make it easier and better in #fediverse for academics, artists, indie reporters, writers etc to come here and be able to publish and own their content. Somehow we have to get #peertube#owncast#CastoPod and other tools used and consumed regularly #GoldfishSocial

The nice thing is they are both lightweight so I was able to set them up as subdomains on a less-busy instance I had. I also managed to hack up my install of Castopod so that I can follow it from #calckey without issues which is nice! Here's to seeing where that little experiment takes me.

Verlinkungen auf Songs, Alben und Interpret*innen 🎵 🎶 sind in den sozialen Netzwerken noch immer etwas anstrengend und wenig inklusiv. Denn viele posten nur die URL eines Streaminganbieters, den sie selbst nutzen, schließen damit aber viele andere aus, die ihn nicht nutzen bzw. woanders sind.
Eine Alternative, die ich sehr sympathisch finde, sind Webdienste, die eine Art Brücke schlagen: Auf Landingpages wird zu diversen Streamingdiensten wie Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, Amazon Music oder Deezer verwiesen.
Es gibt einige dieser Smart Links, darunter #Songwhip und #songg, für die keine Registrierung erforderlich ist. Einfach Song, Album oder Interpret*in eingeben und eine Landingpage erstellen.

Teil des Geschäftsmodells kann eine Verwertung der Daten der Hörerinnen und Hörer sein. Der #Datenschutz lässt grüßen. Eine eigene Website mit RSS-Feed schützt also auch die Rechte und Freiheiten des Publikums.
