Lange überfällig:
Habe mir ein Konto auf openstreetmap.org geklickt.

Das hehre Ziel:
Fehlende Einträge aus meiner Umgebung ergänzen und so der Gemeinschaft und den Menschen aus meinem Umfeld zusätzliche Informationen bei der Nutzung von bspw zur Verfügung zu stellen. Natürlich ist der Haken bei "gemeinfrei" gesetzt.

Ob das so funktioniert sei dahin gestellt aber der Wille und die Ambition zur Umsetzung sind da.

Bei #f-droid fehlt mir nur eine Funktion:

Alle aktualisieren

Bisher muss ich für jede App für die ein Update vorliegt manuell den Download und die Installation auswählen. Als Automatisierungsfan widerstrebt mir das.

Vielleicht gibt es die Funktion auch und ich finde sie einfach nicht 🤔

The Reddit API saga is heating up. I find it interesting to see how my favorite client RedReader has handled this differently than the proprietary Apollo client. Apollo's Christian knows exactly how much the new API plan will cost them due to tracking. RedReader has no clue how much people use the app because the developers respect your privacy. Spez said today that RedReader will likely continue working due to accessibility reasons.

A friend's friend is canceling YouTube plus to save money and the ads are already annoying my friend that had the same password.

Another shameless plug for the Simple range of apps for Android. I've installed a bunch of them using F-Droid. I love them so much I wish Tibor Kaputa (the developer) would put out a Simple OS; a deGoggled Android fork with all the Simple apps as defaults, and the Simple aesthetic applied to the UI of the whole OS.
