Morning my pet. Today's breakfast is duck eggs. The yolks were prepared as a crispy treat and the whites were made into an egg white omelet. This pairs really well with an Earl Grey tea or a ginger tea if you don't like caffeine. Of course, I'll feed you a bite if you come to my table and beg me just right. ❤️

Today, I only have four goals: Get my fasting blood test done, get a copy of my lease, pick up my medicine, set-up appointments.
After that, I will be gaming for the rest of this day. Playing more Red Dead Redemption 2 because I am enjoying that game despite it's flaws.
Can't wait for my electronics to be charged so that I can get showered and the first errand finished! A 12 hr fast isn't fun, there is a coffee shop on the same floor as the laboratory. At least I can snack there.
You can't gulp down scalding hot coffee -- no matter how much of a hurry you're in, you have to either slowly sip and savor, or set the cup aside until it cools down.
Morning coffee is a welcoming opportunity to slowly sip and savor morning itself, to give ourselves a moment -- brief or prolonged -- to wake up, along with the day, calmly.
Morning Stumps - A couple of old logging remnants on the Brother's Creek Trail this morning. I was lucky enough that my catch-my-breath spot had this view, just as sunlight poured in from the side.
