@NeadReport I remember reading an article in a retail magazine back in the day, about music being piped into shopping centers. They did a study and the net result was that almost no matter what music was chosen, about half the people would like it while the other half would be slowly driven mad. 😆

It's Friday! YAY!

It's getting increasingly difficult to fit all the dancers on to the screen & make loops that fit with ALL THE OTHER LOOPS (it totally stuffed the timing for this one) so next week will be the last, when I hit a year (!)

I like having a Friday Thing though, so will do any week there are volunteers, & probably just random dancers on other weeks.

The main body of the screen is an orange starburst sky, with a rainbow framing the top. 48 dancers are on the lines of the rainbow, doing their thing. The new dancer for this week is larger, and centre stage on a cloud at the bottom, with a dancer either side for company.

I rearranged the power supply and body of my FTM-500 because I noticed that even if the radio had been off, if I left the PS on it created enough heat for the 500's fan to come on and stay on when powered up. That was with the radio body stacked directly on top of the PS... So I split them up onto their own shelves. I then also made risers that have a hex pattern for better ventilation, particularly on the PS which has most of its vents on the underside.

My brother left some drops of water on the leaves of one of his house plants that he left outside overnight and now these marks are permanently part of the leaves.

I asked him if the sun caused it, but he assured me that the plant was only outside overnight. The marks have been on the leaves for a year now
