@danielalbu I think it had even better action scenes than the first, successfully built out the world and lore, and engaged with deeper philosophy...
Was gearing up for an epic conclusion that didn't stick the landing, which is maybe why this movie feels a bit wasted in retrospect?

Ok, I really need to pull my finger out and get (my web/mobile Simple Adventure Game Engine) finished already.
Setting myself the target of finishing before the 2yr anniversary mark, in May 😅

Clip of SAGE, my web-based adventure game maker, which supports Video backdrops, built-in scripting (now being overhauled to use ink), Actors (with Close-ups!), and much more! ...just need to find time to finish it!

@purplepadma @quirkos I've seen people claiming that you can ask ChatGPT about its own biases, so therefore it's reflexive. But the responses it gives seems to be such garbage, I totally agree with you on this!

@kechpaja @thomasfuchs NASA is saying it's ok for them to be part of a private mission leaving human remains on the moon, against wishes of Australian Aboriginal group. Pretty sure that there would be boundaries NASA would not let a commercial company cross thou...

So I finished main story game. I just started the DLC, but I have the feeling this was what I needed to get me back to work on project. Sometimes one needs to let things down completely, and immerse oneself completely into something totally different - to cast and let oneself be absorbed by that other dimension of things. This is real evasion. I am grateful that (at least some) video games allow me to do that, such as playing . You should too.

@Emi @StraToN Also had this experience. I was really enjoying the story and game, but kept getting stuck in 'platformy' aspects of the game and ended up never completing it - even though I really wanted to!

A few absolute shockers in the list of websites the Washington Post has revealed are used to train Google's generative AI tools. Apparently including the likes of 4Chan, Breitbart, and RT.

From WaPo:

"Meanwhile, we found several media outlets that rank low on NewsGuard’s independent scale for trustworthiness: RT.com No. 65, the Russian state-backed propaganda site; breitbart.com No. 159, a well-known source for far-right news and opinion; and vdare.com No. 993, an anti-immigration site that has been associated with white supremacy.

"The top Christian site, Grace to You (gty.org No. 164), belongs to Grace Community Church, an evangelical megachurch in California. Christianity Today recently reported that the church counseled women to 'continue to submit' to abusive fathers and husbands and to avoid reporting them to authorities."
