Today I visited the Acropolis, where a lot of very beautiful marble friezes would be if the British hadn't stolen them, put them in the British Museum, and refused to return them to the Greek government.

There may have been some yelling.

@dazfuller When the British government said it was because the Greeks would not be able to take care of the marbles properly, the Greek government built a great big museum with a spot that says "THE MARBLES WOULD GO HERE IF THE FUCKING BRITISH WOULD JUST RETURN THEM."
