What news of my washing today?
Well it's meant to be sunny all day, and it's blowing a hooligan.
Sitting here looking out the window I'm seeing sheets and shirts whipping up and around, testing the grip of old pegs. I could go out and pull back down all the garments that have twisted up and over, but there's no point. Billy Wind is in town and he's not leaving any time soon.

Time for more tea and toast.

@fkamiah17 Hope things remain peaceful there.
Just been reading a BBC live feed regarding issues in the states. In black and white it spells out the dangers to the 'protesters' from the 'counter protesters'. Earlier it had remarked that protesters had been acting peacefully and getting on with their studies.
Worldwide why is it always a mystery how the violent actions of right wing mobs cause problems for those seeking peace?

It's so easy though to feel weighed down with all the misery.
Right now, outside my window, it's a beautiful blue sky sunny day. The birds are singing and my washing is drying perfectly on the line. Yet I still find something to moan about!
