@wmd: So far no issues, but my last experience are quite some years old:

From Berlin to Zurich in 2010 or 2011 worked flawless. Can't remember any details anymore, probably because it caused no issue. (No more sure which operator. ICN stopped in 2009)

Talgo from Zurich to Barcelona (IIRC 2009, definitely before 2012): The space between the opposite beds was so narrow that I had to put up the folded Brompton in parallel to the beds instead of the expected orientation parallel to the window.

An einer Ampel wartend sprach mich ein Radfahrer auf meine Positionslichter an. Daraus entwickelte sich ein Gespräch, so dass wir uns, die letzten Kilometer nebeneinander fahrend, weiter unterhalten haben.
Das war ein schönes Erlebnis.

@lerk @nrth3rnlb: Ich bin gestern mein Zweitrad (Mr. ) bei meiner Bromptonwerkstatt abholen gewesen. Und zwar mit meinem Daily-Driver-Pedelec-Brompton und dem dran.

Kurz nachdem ich ankam, kam ein junger Mechaniker raus und ruft beim Anblick des Gespanns sofort zurück in die Werkstatt: "Stefan! Stefan! Ein mit Anhänger!"

Amüsant daran: Ich habe beide Bromptons und den Anhänger dort gekauft. Aber wohl vor der Zeit des jungen Mechanikers. 😇

, Day 5, Part 2: Went into the weekend a bit earlier due the time I worked during the Easter weekend on understanding and locally mitigating the f🤬ckup. Ran some cycling related errands: bringing a rain jacket to for repair and visiting my repair shop for making an appointment for the next maintenance. , Day 5, Part 3: Wasn't sure if I should already do the planned full day tour through the valley and back via , but I decided to see how far I get. Worked very smooth. In (turning point of the tour) I managed to make a check mark on my : I rode through a () with my . 😁 I had fun and the personnel were amused, too.

, Day 5, Part 4 and Day 6 Part 1: It ended up as 70km and 8h tour (5h in the saddle). I started ~16:45, ran the mentioned errands, and actually started the tour ~18:15. Came back around 02:00. The Garmin GPS said it were close to 600m difference in altitude over all. Unfortunately the Garmin rebooted upon saving the tour data. It then offered me a second time to save it (and also still showed the track and the metadata), but then errored out and went into an endless loop → lost 🤬

Liebe @republik_magazin, ich würde ja gerne. Aber wer in der sagt, dass er in die USA liefert, sich dabei auch noch auf das bekannt nichtige bezieht und ausserdem androht, dass in Zukunft Artikel nicht ohne Einsatz von Cookies lesbar sein könnten, der kriegt meine Daten nicht und mein Geld auch nicht. Von der in Bezug auf Trennung von AG und Genossenschaft undurchsichtigen AGB mal ganz abgesehen.

Schön war's an der gegen das Verbot der u. die Kriminalisierung des freitagabends fahren in . Die schönsten Momente waren einerseits, als wir die Rampe zur Hardbrücke hochradelten u. jemand mit Stoppuhr rief "10 Minuten bis zur Spitze!" 😂 u. andererseits, als uns beim Raufradeln der Rosengartenstr. die Spitze schon wieder entgegen kam. Insgesamt waren wir 2h u. 12km unterwegs. Mit hin- u. zurückradeln waren's für mich sogar 23km.

Die Teilnehmerzahl der https://velodemo.info/ zu schätzen ist schwierig, aber viele Hundert auf jeden Fall, vielleicht auch über Tausend. Habe aber das Ende nie gesehen. Vielleicht waren's auch noch viel mehr. 😇

Und mir tut der Daumen weh vom vielen Anklingeln gegen das Gehupe der stillstehenden Autofahrer. 🤪👍
