Schön war's an der gegen das Verbot der u. die Kriminalisierung des freitagabends fahren in . Die schönsten Momente waren einerseits, als wir die Rampe zur Hardbrücke hochradelten u. jemand mit Stoppuhr rief "10 Minuten bis zur Spitze!" 😂 u. andererseits, als uns beim Raufradeln der Rosengartenstr. die Spitze schon wieder entgegen kam. Insgesamt waren wir 2h u. 12km unterwegs. Mit hin- u. zurückradeln waren's für mich sogar 23km.

Die Teilnehmerzahl der https://velodemo.info/ zu schätzen ist schwierig, aber viele Hundert auf jeden Fall, vielleicht auch über Tausend. Habe aber das Ende nie gesehen. Vielleicht waren's auch noch viel mehr. 😇

Und mir tut der Daumen weh vom vielen Anklingeln gegen das Gehupe der stillstehenden Autofahrer. 🤪👍

@debacle @thomasfuchs: This is my 12.1" (4:3, 1024×768) #Thinkpad 760XD with a Pentium 1 with 166 MHz and 48 MB of RAM. It's famous for its keyboard automatically raising on the back side for a comfortable typing angle when opening the lid: https://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Category:760XD

@mntmn: Say, if I buy an MNT Reform Standalone USB Keyboard 3.0, can I swap the 3.0 keyboard itself between my (IIRC 1st gen) MNT Reform which currently has the old 1u+1.5u-only keyboard with ALT keys in the middle, and the USB keyboard standalone case, so that I get the new keyboard layout into my MNT Reform and the old, more exotic layout in the standalone keyboard?

@frostpendeln: Es fühlte sich direkt komisch an, die 30km gestern zur in und zurück nicht bei einzutragen.

Achja, und ich hatte schon wieder einen Kontaktverlust am Pedalsensor vom . Eine vorherige Reparatur von mir hatte sich gelöst. Konnte es aber mit Knopfpressverbinder, einem Stück Kabel und dem Victorinox SwissTool (schlanker Leatherman-Klon) am Zielort der CM wieder flicken und danach wieder mit E-Rückenwind zurückradeln.

@frostpendeln: Ui, wir haben das noch geschafft? Und dabei hatte ich meine (paar wenigen) Kilometer von gestern da noch gar nicht eingetragen. 😉

Mein persönlicher Endstand für die Saison 2023/2024 sind 442,7km. Davon fallen knapp über 300km auf 2024, d.h. ich bin im Jan. + Feb. mehr als doppelt soviel geradelt wie im Nov. + Dez. Monat mit den meisten Kilometern ist Jan. mit 164km.

Freue mich schon auf die nächste Saison. (Aber auch auf Radeln bei wieder wärmerem Wetter. 😎)

"Kotflügel" ist übrigens ein Begriff, der noch älter ist als das Auto und aus der Zeit der Pferdekutschen stammt. A Tex Yoda II 60% keyboard with a red thumbstick (well-known from ThinkPads) and an orange-on-medium-and-dark-grey Cherry profile keycap set sitting on a white desk. Am 09. März 2024, ab 14 Uhr trefft ihr mich in der Buchhandlung Thalia KOBLENZ (im Löhr-Center).
Dort mache ich für alle, die sich anstellen, Zeichnungen - vorzugsweise in mein aktuelles Buch "20 Jahre Shit happens!", aber auch in meine anderen Bücher oder auf eure mitgebrachten Leinwände, Poesiealben und auf ausgehängte Besenschranktüren.
Die Aktion wird ca. 2 - 3 Stunden dauern. Ich beende sie, sobald die Schlange sich aufgelöst hat. Also, kommt früh! Wer ist dabei?

  1. ich komme mit meinem Fahrrad am #Bahnhof an, nutze Abstellanlagen, fahre mit der Bahn und am Zielort mit #ÖPNV, #Bikesharing oder Zweitrad zum Ziel.
  2. ich nehme mein Bike mit in die Bahn und fahre am Ziel eigenständig weiter.

Beide Journeys haben ihre Vor- und Nachteile.

@mastobikes_de: Gehöre wie schon mind. vier andere hier im Thread zum Team (genauer: ), das weder Probleme mit Fahrradabstellen noch mit Platz im Zug hat. 🤷‍

Früher immer morgens für zwei Stationen steil bergauf im Bus mitgenommen, den Rest inkl. ganzen Heimweg geradelt.

Mittlerweile muss ich nur noch den halben Berg hoch und das Brompton wurde zum Pedelec. Seither brauche ich intermodal nur noch, wenn's in eine andere Stadt geht. Aber das Faltrad ist immer mit dabei.

@st3fan: Spontan fällt mir da nur (https://junik-hpv.de/) ein: Sie ist spezialisiert auf Falträder (vor allem Brompton), Spezialräder für kleinwüchsige Menschen (z.T. auch faltbar), hat aber auch schon Fahrzeuge für Kinder gebaut bzw. umgebaut. Das ist zwar alles dabei, was Du suchst, nur anscheinend nicht in der Kombination. Aber vielleicht weiß sie da weiter.

This is a huge improvement over the previous versions, and it's finally not only a polished mobile-ready client, but also a rather stable and fast one.

  4. (sub-30% bought from WorldspawnsKeebs on Etsy) with GMK Pulse (from Drop)

Thanks to @petejohanson for the idea!

A Zlant keyboard (designed by Ziptyze and sold by 1UpKeyboards) with SA Vilebloom as keycap set. The keyboard has a uniform stagger, i.e. every row of keys has an offset of ¼ key width to the next row, hence filling the gap between ortholinear and classic staggered keyboard layouts. It's a keyboard just consisting of three layers of white PCB material, but it has no frame so you nearly don't see anything of it in this top-down shot. The keycaps show a (stepped) gradient slanted in the opposite direction as the keyboard's rows are slanted. Left side is navy blue on pale yellow, then there are two columns white on salmon pink, then one row white on old rose, and the right side including the 2u space bar is all white on navy blue.
A Minivan keyboard from TheVanKeyboards (TVK) with aluminum frame and the GMK Paperwork (design IIRC also from TVK) keycap set. Most of the keycaps are medium grey on light grey with the cursor keys having a slightly darker light grey as base color. Tab, Shift, Enter Backspace, one the two short spacebars and the menu key have inverse colors (light grey on medium grey). The for bottom left keycaps have the base colors yellow, cyan, purple and green with legends in a darker tone of the same color. These colors are reminiscent of neon markers on recycling paper with a checked pattern. Black background.
An Alpha keyboard, designed by PyrooL and sold by WorldspawnKeebs. As "Alpha" is a very ambiguous name, many call it Alpha28 as it only has 28 keys: 26 "alpha" keys (hence probably the original name), a 2u spacebar and a key left of the L key which can be used as layer switch key or Enter key, … The keyboard has a half-ortholinear and half-staggered layout consisting of just three rows of keys. The two upper key rows have each 10 1u keys and are ortholinear to each other and contain the letters QWERTYUIOP, ASDFGHJKL and a key labeled "Data". The bottom row has 7 1u keys (ZXCV and BNM) and a 2u space bar between V and B. It's a keyboard just consisting of one layer of white PCB material and two layers of transparent acrylic, so you nearly see anything of the "case" in this top-down shot. The keycap set is GMK Pulse Mitolet, i.e. cyan on purple. It's sitting on a sun-lit sandstone window sill.
