If there was an #HTML element that changes it's content when users interact with other elements on the page, what name would it have?
PLEASE NOTE: I am not suggesting that this element needs to exist; I am only asking what it would be called. I'm building a CustomElement, I just want it to have a name that makes sense.
Vote and suggest others in replies. Please boost for reach!
Round 2; because I've gotten some good suggestions
This <HTML> element updates itself with the result of an HTTP request that some other element on the page made. It can replace, append or prepend it's contents.
htmx gives you access to AJAX, CSS Transitions, WebSockets and Server Sent Events directly in HTML, using attributes, so you can build modern user interfaces with the simplicity and power of hypertext :picklerick:
De regel dat je een wedstrijd staakt als er meerdere malen vuurwerk op het veld wordt gegooid kan ik begrijpen. Tegelijk lijkt het bij Ajax-Feyenoord vandaag dat de F-side deze regel heeft aangegrepen om een te hoge uitslag en vernedering te voorkomen. #voetbal#ajax#feyenoord#vuurwerk
Remember a few years ago when #DougFord said he was unaware that his finance minister, Rod Philips had left the country but backtracked 24 hours later admitting he actually did know Phillips was not in the country, he actually did know his destination and he actually failed to issue a call for his return even though travel was restricted.
On Dec. 31, 2020, #Ajax MPP Phillips resigned as Minister of Finance due to the controversy surrounding his trip to St. Barts.

Good morning 🌞🌄 everybody, I hope your Monday has started out well! My young apprentice was 30 minutes late again, if this was Star Wars he wouldn't make Jedi Knight or Sith Lord anytime soon. 😉 We have my daughter's open house tonight, school starts Wednesday. My wife is chilling the champagne already. 🍾🥂
It's another Three Dog Night for me. I might as well turn on Joy to the World and hear about Jeremiah the bullfrog. 🤪
Have a good night everybody! 🌃🌌 I've been busy all day and I'm getting my 1st chance to sit down and chill. Between setting up a media server for my mother-in-law and my father-in-law trying to sell me a vintage PPK it's been a heck day. 😳
Pissed about Ontario's GreenbeIt? I don't think Environmental Defence has made it to Mastodon yet(?), but they have a calendar for upcoming rallies you can bookmark on their website. There's one in Pickering this Sunday August 13, and I would think more to come: https://environmentaldefence.ca/handsoffthegreenbelt/#rallies

I've still been working on Unicorn, but it's been a while since there was a new release. But, there are lots of fixes in 0.51.1 to make building interactive Django websites even more magical! ✨
