De quoi rendre caduque la gratuité d'après les autorités. Mais que signifie exactement cette part appropriée ?
Dans le cas des autoroutes par exemple, les utilisateur⋅ices payent chaque année une vignette de 40.-, qui suffit à contribuer individuellement à ces infrastructures. En Suisse, un choix a été fait de subventionner massivement les autoroutes, à hauteur de 9 mia de francs pour l'année 2021, à titre d'illustration. Et ça ne s'arrête pas là, puisque le Conseil fédéral souhaite allouer une nouvelle part démentielle du budget de la mobilité pour construire de nouvelles autoroutes, projet contre lequel un référendum a été mis sur pied. Ne vous y trompez pas, ce référendum marquera un tournant dans la politique de la mobilité en Suisse.
