Took a quick bicycle run around the neighborhood. Just about zero car traffic. Everyone was at the trailhead for the nearby National Recreation Area, however, including somebody with a group of folks with a name tag and giving instructions about making sure to have water on the hike... must be a group trying to start off their New Year's Resolutions. #HappyNewYear
Looks like I need new goals for the new year as I just smashed my last goal this morning. Starting at 540 pounds almost 2 years ago, I'm now down to 269 pounds, making for a loss of 271 pounds, just breaking the 50% mark from my heaviest.
