I have a lot of learning ahead of me but my #UltraRunning and #DailyYoga and #WearAMask lifestyle have me on the right track! Protecting my health fiercely has been the right approach all along!

For this morning's #run, I tracked the first part of it with both RunKeeper and the fitness app on the watch. I had RunMetronome on with 180bpm beat the whole time.
The Apple is tracking around 180 cadence (with small ups and downs, which seems realistic), as demonstrated by the video capture(next toot). RunKeeper is a good 5-6 steps lower, as seen on the capture.
I knew I wasn't that off the beat!

The owner recently received an unsigned letter from a disappointed customer. The customer took issue with him wearing a shirt that said "Protect Trans Kids," claiming it was offensive to the families and children at the cafe.
The cafe's owner posted a copy of the letter to FB, so it isn't any kind of secret he supports the rights of trans humans.
Also, they make pretty good sandwiches.
(Edit: Or #hike in the SNP. I always forget people hike, too.)
#wellnessDay at work means a long run for me! I went to the "P'tit train du nord" track to be more in nature. It was really nice!! Also, I didn't think it would be, but it's apparently my 3rd longest run!!
