Moved the hacked PS1 mini (it has like 80+ games on it now thanks to Autobleem, the most important of them being Diablo) to the living room to start up a new Diablo run. I beat it two years ago in September and I started my run(s) in August 2021. Something about August and fall, I guess. Last time, I tried a sorcerer but struggled til I switched to fighter, which I beat it with. This time, I'm trying a rogue. Never tried rogue before. Should be wild. Time for tons of saving and leaving all my gear on the ground in town! 🤣
Because I love my little grey rectangle, I've just picked up what looks to be a serviceable backup #PS1 for the inevitable moment my own one fails. Just wondering, how do other original hardware #RetroGaming folks manage spares/backup hardware?
I bought all of these for 20€ recently.
Spyro is definitely a gem, although not everyone's cupa tea.
Also the complete #TombRaider set is very nice.
Do you see any other treasures? #RetroGaming#Playstation#PS1
Finally, another post for my #blog after years without #blogging. This time, a What's on my #PSP? article inspired by and written because of @jp. This is post 54 of #100DaysToOffload
All of my friends owned a PS1 but I went for the N64 because I wanted to play Mario Kart 64 and nothing else. 😆
I played many PS1 games on my friend's consoles. That way I experienced the birth of fundamental game series like Tekken, Gran Turismo, Silent Hill, Resident Evil or GTA. :underheart:
Did you also have to make a choice for one of the two consoles? Which one did you pick and why? 🤔
Estoy teniendo pensamientos bastante continuos respecto a las consolas Anbernic para jugar a juegos retro. Pero sé que luego no laa usaría demasiado y es un problema. #retrogaming#snes#ps1#nes#gba
Silent Hill is one of my alltime favorites. The atmosphere is overwhelming still today.
How do you like the more psychological horror approach of the series? 😱
