I started playing the Resident Evil 3 remake today and it's truly bizarre how much better it runs in Proton than the Resident Evil 2 remake.
For 2 I had to set all the graphics options to minimum (I think more due to system requirements than Proton compatibility). It was initially stable but started crashing later on. 3, however, runs flawlessly on default settings (which look great). If it's just that well optimised I'm incredibly impressed! #ResidentEvil#ResidentEvil2#ResidentEvil3

So, thanks to its 3rd person mode a deep discount, I've begun playing #ResidentEvilVillage. I can't watch the cutscenes directly, unfortunately, because they're still in 1st person. However, if I don't look directly at the screen, I can still get the gist.
Also received some amazing surprise post presents from friends ☺️. These are both amazing! Reminded me that my tweens, I attempted to recreate the various swipe cards and documents from the game 😅 #ResidentEvil#RetroGaming
