Good morning tooting friends.
I slept last night with the aircon on & the ceiling fans going to circulate it. Still wasn’t really cool, which is how I sleep best, but better than if I’d had everything open. Woke at 4am & then opened the house up, including the front door & went back to bed until 6.30am. It’s going to be another warm one - 34c with storm warnings 😫.

5 years ago I gave up coca cola (and caffeine in general) and started meditating (usually to get me to sleep). I haven't relapsed or skipped a day since.

Given how much Coke I used to drink, this still amazes me!

For Day 15, another recent print I made for the prompt sleep. The baku of Japanese myth was a chimera creature made from leftover parts, with the body of a bear, the claws of a tiger, the tail of a cow, the trunk and tusks of an elephant with the ears and eyes of a rhinoceros, and it eats nightmares!
