Today's my birthday! 🎉 Recently I brought out my WiiFit to do some yoga since I've been having leg pain and it's a good way to stretch it out (I literally have no clue how to do just yoga on the Ring Fit). I was surprised today to see the WiiFit board give birthday greetings!
I've been playing some #NightInTheWoods lately and I always find that this game grounds me when I'm not in a great headspace.
When I overthink things I've done/did/said/thought, I always try to remember this interaction in particular. It makes it easier to let go of some negative thoughts and not be so hard on myself.
