Had a client this morning tell me he called 15 different counseling centers, and I was the only counselor who was actually friendly to him on the phone when he called. Some of the counseling centers were downright rude to him.

My clients are involved in the criminal justice system, but just because someone has been charged with a crime, that doesn't mean they are actually guilty. And even if they are guilty, they still deserve to be treated respectfully.

About a month ago the sound on my iPad stopped working. It was stuck on Headphones mode, even when no headphones were plugged in. Last night, the sound started working again. Apparently the best way for an iPad to be repaired is for a to walk across it.
