The rag rug arrived by mail and my checked it immediately. Also the cardboard box had to be checked right away. I love my new rug. It's made by one elderly lady I learned to know some years ago. 🫶 She also sent me a card.

I don’t get it. Biden has done a fantastic job as president and seen us through some of the toughest times in recent history. The economy is strong, unemployment is at 60-year lows, inflation is tamed. But there are people calling for that youngster to drop out? (I have 6 years on him…) Why aren’t they calling on the guy who’s been indicted in four places and charged 91 times to drop out?

Preliminary data from ADL Center on Extremism indicates that reported incidents of harassment, vandalism and assault increased by 388 percent over the same period last year. ADL recorded a total of 312 antisemitic incidents between Oct. 7-23, 2023, 190 of which were directly linked to the war in Israel and Gaza. By comparison, during the same period in 2022, ADL received preliminary reports of 64 incidents, including four that were Israel-related. Devastated at the Maine mass shooting. My deepest love & condolences to the at least 22 fatal victims, dozens more injured, & thousands more traumatized.

Maine is the 565th mass shooting of 2023. It’s the 298th day of the year. We are suffering a mass shooting every 12.5 hours.😓

No other developed nation allows this perpetual atrocity. This is a barbaric policy choice & we are paying the ultimate price.

We need a federal ban on assault weapons & a ban on lobbyist money in politics ASAP.

@QasimRashid I guess if the 22 had had Patriot missile system, then the mass shooting would have been stopped with just one missile.

    Then when they have to storm the Ukrainians next time, they can just follow the instructions they got during the phone call and they will be well treated, get food multiple times a day and haven't have to fear for their lives, will of course take a while before they are at home.
