Launching my #Monsterdon thread for The Fabulous Journey To the Center of the Earth (1977) aka When Time Began. I'm not totally sure what this movie's title should be, so I'm not going to hash tag it.

However I am excited that this movie might have dinosaurs, caves and bellhops.

@seabikeblog Always great bike parking at the Mariners games in their garage. Last time I was there I asked Guest Services if they could put in a bench to make changing shoes, etc. easier. And now it’s there! Lots of riders each game. Go Mariners!

The / driving directions app is sociopathic software. Yesterday amid major traffic, it was sending swarms of people driving through Interlaken Park. People were out walking their dogs in the road like usual, and then suddenly Google directs a flood of impatient drivers at them. The app does things like this all the time, routing a rush of drivers onto streets totally unprepared for them.

Just the other day Seattle Bike Dad posted on xitter that Google was sending people across a wide and dangerous unsignalized intersection to get around the long signal at 50th/Stone/Green Lake. Hours later, someone was struck and injured there.

I don’t know that the collision was due to Google/Waze, but it confirms the safety problems at the intersection at the very least. It’s not a route any responsible service would direct people.
