In California the 1st problem is zoning & NIMBY resistance. Homeowners firmly to the left of Salt Lake want all the people & business but they don't want to build.

If you promote residential construction, you will be better.

    So since that's the will of the people, it automatically follows that the Texas State GOP is adamantly against it, especially Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, who controls the legislative agenda. He prefers that everyone drink lots of booze.

    Early builds of Windows 95 (1995) contained a hidden feature called Folder Tabs. Upon activating it, a tabbed interface in Windows Explorer is revealed…almost 30 YEARS before its official debut in Windows 11 (2021). 🤯 The tabs acted as quick links to recently-opened folders. 🗂

    Windows 95 crashed all the time. Windows 98 was the stable version of it, but you still needed a driver to do basic things like use a USB, explaining the reverence for XP.

    In 2023 my biggest trouble with is the rustic magnification feature for small fixed system fonts. Modern browsers are over, but I don't browse in anyway.

    @Gargron I have 10gb of ISP storage just for email. A long time ago everyone could host personal websites without paying more. What lay users really need is microblogging without censorship if they are not violating laws.

    I'm a political moderate & have not found free speech on any social network.

    Elon would make me pay for a broader voice, but he wouldn't censor me, though the people who work for him would, just like your server hosts.
