You get the impression from today's Tories (Sunak, Truss et al) that they don't really like Britain or its people very much. They regard the British people as lazy, "woke", workshy and ungrateful.

Hence all their talk about doing away with doctors' sick notes, discouraging work-from-home, "Singapore on the Thames" etc. They would much rather be governing an imaginary authoritarian country somewhere in Asia with zero workers rights.

A while back I was surprised to see this imbecile outside court with a stack of paper he called "all good articles" and I couldn't work out what it was, or what was going on.

It turns out his people print out positive articles about him and hand them to him throughout the day to occupy him and raise his self esteem.

    Expensive education is just a way to let the feudalists, I mean, capitalists, keep the means of production "in the family"

    The other side to this equation is that society must accept that, while all markets are based on the consent of demand and supply, quality of supply in labour is measured instead with this education above everything else.

    So it is common for a know nothing Havard graduate to walk into a 6 figure job.
