    +100 to this: Git is the most user-hostile piece of software I've ever tried to teach (and I've taught people Emacs).     One of the many mysteries of HomeKit, still not fixed in iOS 17:

    I have a water control device for my irrigation system. I can activate it just fine from the Home app or Control Center.

    However, the device cannot be added to a scene, automation, or controlled from Shortcuts.

    This doesn't make any sense.

    I know this has been said before but I’m convinced American food is significantly worse for you than food elsewhere around the world. I move around plenty and watch what I eat but in Paris and Italy I ate everything I could for 10 days, many sweets included, and came home two pounds lighter.
