👀👀 House Ethics Committee is investigating Rep. Troy Nehls, R-Texas, the panel said in a statement on Tuesday.

The committee did not specify what it is investigating and said it will make another announcement on the matter by May 10

Yes, got his bond reduced to $175 mil. But guess what? The court denied his motion to stay provision of the judgment forbidding him from borrowing from finan institutions registered or chartered in NY state

That matters because his legal team previously told a judge on panel that staying that provision was integral to his ability to obtain a bond. & without a stay of that provision, will Trump have to post his own cash w/in next 10 days? Watch this space

@GottaLaff my initial reaction to the news was "oh come on, this ass-hat catches all the breaks!", which to some extent remains my feeling. But what James says is certainly true, and $175 million is still a big chunk of change to come up with for bond.

Dentistry care in this country is all such a rip off and if we are not careful it will soon be extended to all health care.

Also going to the dentist should not be for those privileged enough to afford it.

And don't tell me there is NHS dentist for those who can't afford it. Yes for the absolute poorest but for those who work but barely scrape by.... you gotta pay.

If a doctor stops in to your room and asks how you're doing, that's billable, pure profit. If grandma soils the bed, and a nurse comes in, cleans her up, changes the sheets, reassures her that it's ok, moves the IV pole to the far side of the bed where it won't get snagged, then calls doctor to ask if we can change her lasix from PM to AM so she won't have to pee so much at night, none of that is billable, it 's all money lost.
