I’ve been on phone w Verizon all this time. Mr. Laffy’s been on with them for 2 1/2 hours on his phone, been disconnected 2x, being sent to diff numbers which lead him back to the original. We were JUST told that oops! They don’t cover the Internet connection! Frontier does! Wrong number, folks! So Mr. Laffy called Frontier. Guess what? Frontier’s tech support is not working today! GAAAAA!

He’s now calling again & trying a different extension. So, covering is, well, on hold. 🤬🤦🏻‍♀️

Went with my parents to their attorney, as they want me (only child) to be aware of all processes in place when they pass & I inherit.

Not things I particularly enjoy pondering, but these conversations are necessary. As a family, we've had too many situations over the past few years in which the deceased didn't make adequate plans or inform heirs of the plans, leading to all sorts of unpleasantness.

So...and I'm reminding myself as well...get & keep your affairs in order, y'all.

@GottaLaff Yes we can assume he would lie, and furthermore the lies wouldn't even be consistent, tomorrow or the next day he would blithely answer differently. But furthermore, I think his mental acuity has gone way south. I don't think his minders trust him to sir down for an interview, even in a friendly setting, because they don't know what the fuck might come out of his mouth.
