Happy cat day
Rupert loved to be vacuumed. He would throw himself down in front of whatever was being vacuumed to make sure you didn't miss him. He'd roll around to make sure you got everywhere, even his tail, using the nozzle. Molly, though, had a running battle with the cleaner, hated it.
Aren't cats great?
Happy #Caturday everyone who celebrates.
Good morning and Happy #Caturday everyone. Laurie & Meggie send lots of luv & purrs to you all. Meggie says it's been too cold this week for her to get up & strike a pose for the camera, but Laurie doesn't seem to mind the cold as much (although he's made sure that he's been coming in regularly to warm up on his heated pad).
A walk is always improved by knowing that there is a cat that will be waiting for you to pass by.
This pretty thing sits in her drive (sometimes under the back of the car if it's parked there) waiting for me (?) to pass by on my way home from my walk. She never moves towards me, nor did she back away as I approached her with my camera.
My current companion as I reply to accumulated emails, pictured. #Catstodon
Came up with a good metaphor in teaching today and could see that it helped students grasp a difficult concept. I love it when their faces register a light bulb going off.
Listened to part of a good podcast on the way home from work today, an episode of If Books Could Kill.
The Christmas tree survived the night! I was especially wondering if Pax would get to it, but she and the other 4 cats left it alone. Hopefully we can get it through the season still intact!
