There is a strange underwater creature called the pistol (or snapping) , which uses shock waves to kill enemies or prey at a distance with no need for direct contact.

Nick Hawker often likens what the does to confinement . The shrimp’s shock-collapsed bubble does not reach anything near fusion conditions, but the burst of light testifies to an enormous concentration of energy.

@david_senate #TMSR tech has been developing through maritime law, since the Nobel Prize winning genius Glenn Seaborg invented it in the 60's. Unfortunately, Western Capitalist and Autocratic industrialized nations have little chance of the extensive buildout that's necessary to fully integrate this only viable #BaseloadEnergy - until #NuclearFusion can be solved in a hundred years - so 'third world countries' are now taking the lead. Between these countries and maritime application, perhaps your grandchildren have a shot.

I've only just read that the UK has pulled out of the massive reactor project. Instead, the UK is going to build its own. I guarantee it's going to be shit. Probably won't ever be finished & will end up costing billions. All because the UK government "doesn't want to play with those foreign European types". Also, the lab in Oxfordshire is closing. Amazing, pioneering work was done there with our European partners. What an awful country this is.
