She was transferred to the camp for Polish minors in Litzmannstadt. She was liberated there on 19 January 1945.
14 January 1927 | German Jewish girl Vera Judith Schlein was born in Magdeburg. During the war she lived in Amsterdam.
In January 1944 she was deported from Westerbork to Theresienstadt ghetto, from where she was taken to Auschwitz on 19 October 1944. She did not survive.
18 November 1938 | A Dutch Jewish girl, Flore Merjam Cohn, was born in Amsterdam.
She arrived at Auschwitz on 2 September 1943 in a transport of 1,004 Jews deported from Westerbork. She was among 498 of them murdered in a gas chamber after the selection.
